Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy for Ekotek Energy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased from Ekotek Energy (www.ekotekenergy.com). This policy applies exclusively to distributors and importers in overseas countries.
Eligibility for Returns, Replacements, or Refunds
1. Manufacturing Defects: Returns, replacements, or refunds will be considered if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect in the product.
2. Catastrophic Failure: In the event of a catastrophic failure, defined as 20% or more of the goods having a single consistent point or component of failure, we will offer solutions such as replacement, service parts, or refunds.
Process for Returns, Replacements, or Refunds
1. Contact Us: Distributors or importers must contact us via email at support@ekotekenergy.com or by mail at 8 floor 806 Beverley commercial building, 87-105 Chatham Road S, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate the reported issue and confirm if it qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund.
3. Shipping: If approved, the distributor or importer is responsible for shipping costs to return the goods to us.
4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned goods to verify the reported issues.
5. Resolution: Based on the inspection results, we will provide replacement products, service parts for repair, or process a refund as appropriate.
Important Notes
1. Import Taxes and Duties: Asia Electronics Industries (HK) Ltd is not responsible for import taxes, duties, or other taxes that importers or distributors may need to pay when importing goods into their country.
2. Tax Reimbursement: We are not responsible for reimbursing any taxes in case of returns, refunds, or replacements.
3. Re-import Charges: If replacement goods need to be re-imported into the destination country, the importer or distributor is responsible for handling all associated charges.
4. Time Frame: Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods.
5. Original Packaging: All returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or catastrophic failure.
6. Replacement Parts: Asia Electronics Industries (HK) Ltd reserves the right to provide replacement spare parts for the importer/distributor to use in repairing the product if this is deemed the most feasible and best solution.
Limitations
1. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Ekotek Energy.
2. We reserve the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds for any products that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
3. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
4. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
