WARRANTY

Coverage

– EKOTEK ENERGY warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

– This warranty covers the main products only and does not include accessories.

Exclusions

– This warranty does not cover:

1. a) Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
2. b) Normal wear and tear.
3. c) Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
4. d) Damage due to improper installation or maintenance.
5. Warranty Claim Process

– To make a warranty claim, customers must:

1. a) Contact EKOTEK ENERGY customer support with proof of purchase.
2. b) Provide a detailed description of the defect.
3. c) Return the product as instructed by customer support.
4. Remedy

– EKOTEK ENERGY will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products covered by this warranty.
– If the exact model is no longer available, a comparable model may be provided.

Limitation of Liability

– This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by EKOTEK ENERGY.

– EKOTEK ENERGY shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
